  • live webinar United States (map)

Course Description:

Everyone, regardless of race, can have unconscious racial bias. When social work professionals allow these internal biases become reality it impacts our ability to make a difference and limit what we believe people are capable of. To confront implicit bias, practitioners must examine their own biases they bring to their practice. This session will give participants the tools necessary to increase self-awareness and avoid personal biases when working with a diverse clientele.
