Driving is deeply connected to our independence, our enjoyment of life, and our identity as productive, responsible members of society. As dementia progresses, driving can become impaired, and tough conversations and decisions must happen. Learn the common warning signs of driving impairment, what a professional's obligations to the patient and the community to report impaired driving is, how to help patients transition from driver to passenger and common family dynamic issues.
