Course Description:

This seminar will focus on increasing awareness and understanding of the impact of implicit biases on how social workers, and other health care providers, perceive people who use substances, and how they perceive people with substance use disorders/compulsions. It will also address how implicit biases impact the people who use substances and have substance use disorders/compulsions.
