Course Description:
The Drama Triangle was developed and written by Stephen Karpman. It is a social model that demonstrates the interrelationships of conflicts between people or circumstances. The Drama Triangle consists of three separate roles that are interchangeable. Those roles are the Persecutor, Rescuer, and Victim. These roles are fueled by fears of control, need, and powerlessness. This activates the fight, flight, or freeze modes of dealing with these fears. This workshop will take a close look at how the Drama Triangle works and the patterns it tends to follow. There will be a close look on how to step out of the triangle and use the Creation point to change the outcome.
