Course Description:

.Eating Disorders Treatment that the Substance Use Professional Needs to Know explored the diagnoses, etiology, co-occurring disorders, treatment modalities, medical complications and levels of care. As the substance abuse professional pursues their work in the area of co-occurring eating disorders, they will need hands on experience in hands on treatment. This workshop will highlight case examples of eating disorders across the spectrum and also involve the participant in bringing their own cases to this workshop in order to present and receive guidance in implementing treatment modalities for successful outcomes.
