Course Description:

Receiving a cancer diagnosis can affect the emotional and mental health of patients, families and caregivers. Anxiety, distress and depression are common feelings during this life-changing experience as roles at home, work and school can be affected. The seventh annual conference will bring together expert inter-professional faculty presenting important topics aimed to provide the professionals caring for cancer patients evidence-based information about mental health and wellbeing, sexuality and optimizing nutrition.
