Course Description:

In this highly interactive course, participants will explore how organizational culture impacts worker well-being and the role supervisors can play in mitigating organizational influences. Tools to support well-being will be discussed and participants will consider how to use these tools in supervision. Resources for developing culturally responsive self-care plans will also be shared.
