Course Description:
Making sense of the SSI and SSDI programs can be challenging. This course provides participants with a foundation understanding of the two disability benefits programs. Social Workers will learn about eligibility requirements and basic processes for completing applications. Effective writing skills and inclusion of key functional information will be explored. Come and learn strategies to assist eligible persons in obtaining these crucial benefits. Pre-registration for this workshop is required. There is a 90.00 charge for this workshop.
