Course Description:

FOF is a 10-week relationship-focused engagement intervention for fathers with children aged 0-5. It utilizes adventure therapy activities to deliver content around parenting topics while eliciting emotional displays of joy, pride, disappointment or even frustration and anger, which we debrief and reflect upon. We understand that the way a dad shows up in the adventure activities and handles team challenges is a good entry point to discuss how he generally approaches and manages challenges in his life (e.g., work, parenting, family conflicts/challenges).
