Course Description:

The training is designed to cover the learning objectives while assisting participants in achieving a greater sense of confidence and competence in evaluating and treating sleep disorders in clinical work. The training reviews the circadian rhythm and teaches strategies for identifying and treating common sleep disorders. The workshop includes sleep disorders in children & adolescents and focuses on CBT interventions for specific sleep problems using sleep monitoring devices and covers when to refer for a sleep study.
