Course Description:

This 3–hour workshop introduces participants to what EI is and its application to a wide range of organizational activity. This workshop examines why EI is a critical and frequently overlooked element of workplace effectiveness and how EI can be measured and grown developed for both personal and professional development. This workshop is appropriate for a practitioner at any level, supervisors, leaders, and any committed to a path of personal and profession growth.
