Course Description:

Workshop attendees will examine the important role that nutrition plays in promoting well-being before, during and after active cancer treatments. Attendees will explore the importance of phytonutrients obtained from vegetables and fruits in combating cancer. In addition, attendees will identify how to maximize healthy nutrition to manage digestive system side effects, as well as, how to prepare healthy recipes to optimize cancer well-being.
