Course Description:

 The presenter will cover the impact of vision development and emergence as a sensory process, how the relationship and reciprocity of vision with vestibular and somato-sensory impact vision, posture and movement, review the role of vision in patient symptomatology and recovery/rehabilitation  to empower the care manager in understanding when and how to make appropriate referrals.  In addition, the presenter will review for the attendees the role of Neuro-Optometry with the healthcare team, to optimize and meet the needs of the patient through care coordination and planning.
