Course Description:

This presentation will address updates to the NASW Code of Ethics that became effective January 1, 2018.  It will include: which values and principles apply to the changes, updated wording neccessitated by technological innovations, new descriptions of protected categories to reduce negative characterization and modification of diversity standards from 'competence' to 'awareness'.
