Course Description:

Most youth in transition face challenges in one or more of the following domains: housing, financial literacy, mental health, employment, and education. Colleges and universities are uniquely situated to assist in building structures of success and thus guide young people to personal and professional achievement. In this workshop, you will learn about the evidence-based research related to youth in transition and the unique needs presented. In addition, you will learn about the developmental tasks related to this population. You will also explore the components essential to successful campus-based programs for youth in transition.
