  • Live Webinar United States (map)

Course Description:

Exposure to trauma and other stressors is unavoidable in child welfare work. Several interventions at the organizational level are proven to promote resilience and well-being among workers. Supervision has been identified as a primary strategy that supports resiliency in workers and mitigates the impact of these stressors. This webinar will prepare supervisors to identify and assess signs of secondary trauma and other workplace stress as well as identify evidence-based strategies for intervening and supporting workers.
