Course Description:
A one-day workshop with Elisah Goldstein, PhD, co-founder of the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles. He is a psychologist, speaker, and author. He will describe research findings on the brain's ability to change with experience (neuroplasticity) and how social workers, other psychotherapsits, physical health professionals, educators, and interested members of the general public can cultivate greater resilience through mindfulness, including self-compassion.
