Course Description:

-Participants will explore the importance of having courageous conversations in both

personal and professional settings.

-Participants will identify the key elements of constructive communication, including

active listening and empathy.

-Participants will practice techniques for initiating and navigating difficult

conversations with confidence.

-Participants will discuss how to manage emotions and ensure productive outcomes

in challenging discussions.
