Course Description:

This workshop will go beyond LGBTQ+ terminology and will discuss accepting and affirming LGBTQ+ individuals. Reflection, dialogue, and interactive activities will be used to explore what it looks like to be a supportive person to the LGBTQ+ community. Participants will gain skills on how to be accepting and affirming in their work spaces and explore why this is important.
