Are you ready to equip your school with the skills to manage anxiety through Congnitive Behaviral Therapy (CBT)?

With th growing rates of anxiety in child and adolescent populations, school personnel benerfit greatly from understaning and using research-based techniques to help students reduce anxiety. This workship will provide an overview of CBT and its effectveness in managing anxiety. Particpants will learn how to apply CBT techniques in schools, including strategies for assessment and treatment, as well as practical tips on effective communication with teachers, staff, parents and students.
