Course Description:

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a progressive brain disorder that affects the nervous system, causing gradual loss of muscle control. The symptoms of PD present themselves slowly, and worsen as the condition progresses over time. Participants of this presentation will be able to discuss common non-motor symptoms in patients with PD and explain current treatment options for non-motor symptoms. They will also be able to discuss how vestibular stimulation may play a role in treating non-motor symptoms in patients with PD.
