Course Description:

In the book, Mindset; The New Psychology of Success, Dr. Carol Dweck shares decades of research on the power of mindset in our achievement and success. Participants will learn the effects of a growth versus a fixed mindset. You’ll hear examples from professional athletes and business leaders who have used a growth mindset to excel. In this session, you’ll see how our words and actions can hinder or foster growth in others.

During this professional development participants will explore how to foster a growth mindset in the classroom.
