Course Description:

The Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute equips individuals and small groups with mindfulness and social-emotional, self-regulation, leadership skills, including exploring compassionate boundary setting, self-care and self-compassion, and building resilience to help make the work educators and leaders do sustainable for staff and for the their students with, for whom our communities cannot do without.

The interactive and transformational SIY program shares practical mindfulness, social-emotional, emotional intelligence and self-compassion tools, enabling educators to put themselves first and show up the way they want to for their students, families and community.
