Course Description:

Have you ever felt burned out and asked yourself, “When am I going to get a break?” Instead, ask yourself, “How am I taking care of me?” We will examine healthy boundaries to set in place to take care of you AND the responsibilities that you have at work and home. Participants will gain knowledge in the elements of healthy boundaries, the myths associated with setting boundaries, and strategies for coping with people who violate boundaries.
