Course Description:

This course provides information on ethics and common ethical dilemmas for mental health professionals including topics of informed consent, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and HIPAA. Special attention is reflected on the recent update of the NASW professional code and ethical considerations due to the pandemic. Case studies throughout the learning materials highlight key learning points. *Meets the Ethics requirement for licensure.*
