Course Description:

Using an equity framework leads to just outcomes in which everyone has access to opportunities. This course will outline strategies to apply an equity framework in social work, define core concepts necessary for equitable social work practice and highlight anti-racist values. Methods for dialogue will be modeled and action steps for the creation of anti-racist strategies will be introduced.
