Course Description:

Cancer survivors are likely to experience a variety of side effects and symptoms related to their cancer and/or specific cancer-related treatments. This year, our sixth annual conference will bring together expert inter-professional faculty presenting important topics that provide those professionals caring for cancer patients with evidence-based information about various treatments, potential side effects and rehabilitation management strategies to improve the patient’s quality of life. Other key topics will include pain management strategies, nutrition optimization, management of speech and swallowing issues and palliative rehabilitation to optimize quality of life.
