Course Description:

Attendees will be able to describe effective group formats for the provision of brain injury rehabilitation as well as neurobehavioral programming and discuss ways to implement these into their practice. Attendees also will be able to identify compassion fatigue in the professional caregiver and discuss strategies for avoiding and managing this common condition. Those in attendance will be able to describe the various professional perspectives of caring for those with a brain injury and management strategies to provide the best outcomes through panel presentations and discussion.
