Course Description:
A virtual community resources exposition featuring an extensive series of brief informational presentations live and pre-recorded integrated with planned and engaging interaction with attendees. Community resources highlighted will represent the array of safety net resources in service sectors including: aging, anti-trafficking, alzheimers, disaster support, disability, health, mental health, workforce development, food and nutrition, early childhood, legal aid, utilities assistance, substance use disorder, veteran's support, homelessness, and more. Information will be provided via online presentations, and through interactive engagement with attendees, promoting themes of interagency cooperation, coordination and collaboration, the building blocks of which are better understanding of other programs, services and organizations outside attendees own program, service, organization, system and sector.
