Course Description:
This class is a 3 Hour CEU presentation which includes power point, lecture, discussion and film clips focused on the various aspects of Medical Marijuana as a treatment option. This course provides information focused on the various aspects of Medical Marijuana as a treatment option. This course provides information focused on clinical issues, including the types of conditions which can be improved, contraindications for use including answers to questions regarding possible addictive qualities, legal issues in the workplace and information regarding inpatient care for those patients currently authorized to possess and use Medical Marijuana. The most recent research in these various areas will be presented and discussed and participants will be encouraged to present case material and experiences they are having with their patients who are involved with Medical Marijuana use for approved medical conditions.
