Course Description:

Are you experiencing exhaustion, headaches, and feeling “depleted”? Are you noticing it’s more difficult to stay focused and connected during your video Telehealth sessions or noticing you are more distracted during video sessions with clients? Now that most clinical therapists and other service providers have “pivoted” to offering video Telehealth services more, many are now experiencing what is being called “Zoom Fatigue” or video call fatigue. This presentation will explore what these new concepts mean and why we may be experiencing them and discuss ways to overcome the symptoms in order to prevent burnout. There will also be time to talk openly about our experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space. This presentation will also offer case studies and ample time for questions and discussion.
