Who Bounces Back: Characteristics of Resilient People and Systems Life can be very difficult but the response trajectories vary tremendously for those impacted. Some remain Victims, some bounce back as Survivors, and some “SurThrivors” experience post-traumatic growth. This presentation describes the characteristics of the people and groups who bounce back well.
