Course Description:

It is important for healthcare providers to identify the experience of pain and contributing factors/risk factors and patient fear. Throughout this presentation, individuals will learn cultural influence on the pain experience and back imaging and poor prediction of pain. They will be able to describe patient reassurance after evaluation in non-specific low back pain and identify what basic analgesics are appropriate options.
