Course Description:

This webinar describes the practice of collaboration through the lens of two case examples in which collaborative leaders overcame enormous barriers in pursuit of their shared goals.

We discuss the nature of collaborative leadership, six key factors that promote collaboration, and how to address many collaboration hurdles.
