Course Description:

The objective of this annual conference is to further educate court and social workers on the topics of mediation challenges, mindfulness, and ethics while working with families in a court setting. as well as advancing the audience’s skill level on reflective listening, negotiating an agreement, and maintaining control during a mediation.
