Course Description:

The ACE Study confirms, with scientific evidence, that adversity early in life increases physical, mental, and behavioral problems later in life. As we align a around a common goal of preventing the accumulation of ACEs and moderating their effects, we have a unique opportunity to shift the future of public health and improving health and social outcomes for ourselves, our families, and the individuals with whom we work. This two-day workshop will cover the impact of early adversity on the brain, the ACE Study, resilience, and ways to utilize this information in your life, work, and community.
