Course Description:

This training will take educators through Restorative Justice practices in your local school. Educators will learn a range of strategies every day;  educators will learn how to set high expectations while being supportive.  How to provide feedback, ask questions and foster accountability will all be practiced. Methods to resolve common conflicts will be provided.  Day two is devoted to teaching attendees to facilitate restorative circles, which are essential for resolving social problems.  Learning by participation enables the attendees to practice Restorative Justice methods immediately
