We will cover their tactics and victims, their pervasive effects on others, and how to respond to them while preserving one's own lifestyle and priorities. We will also discuss current approaches and issues, including those with bosses and partners in intimate relationships. The workshop will include group discussion and exercise opportunities with a focus on knowledge enhancement and skill building. As an adjunct to the presentation materials, there will be handouts that cover methods of assessment of potential employees and victims.
