Course Description:

This topic is particularly relevant for three reasons. One, exposure to ACES is quite common in the population meaning that ACES affect many of the patients you see. Two, a patient’s response to new trauma could be affected by history of earlier trauma (ACES). Three, many adults going through rehabilitation at Mary Free Bed have young children and these families can benefit from the support provided by Family Futures.
