Course Description:

The Ninth Annual Kountz/Callender/Drew Transplant Symposium is designed to promote the exchange of ideas on cultural empowerment and how to create a community of change in regards to organ and tissue donation. Experts highlight ways to engage physicians, health professionals and community leaders to become champions in saving lives. Presenters will examine the roles and responsibility of professional and public education to encourage strategies to increase the number of organs available for transplantation and promote healthier communities.
