Resilience: The Biology of Stress & The Science of Hope, Documentary Screening & Panel

Course Description:

Please join us in a documentary screening of the film Resilience: The Biology of Stress & The Science of Hope, co-sponsored by the Zero to Thrive program at the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry, the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health Washtenaw County Chapter, and the University of Michigan North Campus Early Childhood Institute. After the screening, a panel of professionals will support attendees’ understanding and applications of the film’s exploration of early childhood traumatic experiences and associated health outcomes.  The panel will be comprised of an LMSW from a local Community Mental Health Agency, a University of Michigan MSW student, and a University of Michigan PhD level clinical psychologist.
