Course Description:

This workshop will explore the important roles of risk and resilience in children and adolescents’ developmental outcomes. Learn about recent research highlighting protective factors that play a significant role in establishing and sustaining a positive school climate. Relevant research findings will be applied to help you establish a ‘new’ culture for your students—one filled with resilience, compassion, constructive coping strategies, and prosocial behavior.
