Course Description:
Measurable Change Seminars incorporate the expertise & stories of attendees. We explore the desire to help, the authority structures in-play, & the factors that drive us to seek tangible solutions to the greatest challenges in our fields of work. We will examine the narrative & neurological development of trafficking victims in the United States to help create cultures where recovery takes place. Additionally, we will spend time delving into the social narratives that cultivate objectification and exploitation. Further, we will also discuss resources, interventions and warning signs human trafficking victims in health settings. Work through interactive exercises, participants not only grow in professional insights, but in their network of supportive, trusted colleagues.
