Course Description:

 New Oakland's October 12, 2018 session, "Trauma Assessment in Children/Adolescents: A Clnical Approach" will feature presentations by James Henry, PhD and Kimberly Smith, LMSW-two of the State of Michigan's leading authorities in the Assessment of children who have been exposed to traumatic events.  Henry and Smith will provide guidelines for mental health professionals on emerging techniques and resources to support this growing concern facing millions of Americans of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
