Course Description:

This workshop incites inquiry into the intersections of social justice and substance misuse/recovery among youth. It

offers a surface level exploration into the possibility of advancing overall social work and addiction professionals’ capacity to be more responsive, more equity-centered and more effective by clarifying work with YOUTH as individuals, their families, their communities and organizations that serve youth using a social justice lens.
