Course Description:

This is a highly interactive training focused on Professional Ethics The training is designed to cover the learning objectives while assisting participants in achieving a greater sense of confidence and competence in evaluating and managing ethical and legal challenges in clinical work. The training teaches strategies for identifying and resolving ethical dilemmas. It focuses on risk management, HIPPA, confidentiality, the importance of thoughtful clinical documentation, dual relationships, standards of care and the need for consultation in practice.
