Course Description:
This workshop will:
• Communicate more effectively with patients who have limited resources and improve health outcomes.
• Implement a model that can help achieve the Triple Aim.
• Learn ways this model can be used to move the needle on population health and create a healthier community.
• Review the research data correlating health/healthcare disparities and economic class environments.
• Discuss distinct sets of “hidden rules” , communication patterns, and internal external resources linked to economic environments.
