Course Description:

At the heart of any well-run program is a well-prepared and supportive clinician. Effective Clinicians know that relationship is the key to building successful teams. These team relationships make it possible for caregivers to build sustaining relationships with the individuals they serve and their circles of support. This day-long, 5-hour training is designed to help those who strive to enhance the way they support others by providing the concrete tools to increase confidence and enhance leadership skills.
