Course Description:

This conference will focus on the dangers and consequences today's youth are facing through social media, including cyberbullying and sexting, as well as easy access to street drugs. How can a child welfare worker assist families whose children are participating in risky online and offline behavior?  Learn the current trends in social media and street drug use by youth, the resources available, and how to incorporate questions surrounding social media and drug use into forensic interviews.
