Topics covered include defining Human Trafficking, Scope & magnitude of the problem.
Types and venues of Human Trafficking in Michigan/U.S.
Causes and indicators, potential warning signs & resources/responses to potential cases of Human Trafficking.
RULE 338.3901a Requires licensees to complete training in identifying victims of human trafficking beginning with the 2016 renewal cycle. This training requirement will need to be completed prior to the license renewal in 2018. Applicants who apply for a license on or after March 17, 2021 will be required to have completed training in identifying victims of human trafficking.
